1. Open Microsoft Visual Basic and begin a new standard exe project
2. Select Components from the Project Menu ( or press ctrl-T ). From the ActiveX components window select the object named rmpHTML and press the OK button.
3. In the toolbox window, drag the editor icon onto your form.
4. Size the control to the desired size and set the properties in the VB6 properties window.
