Support

Support is provided for both registered and un-registered users. Support requests from registered users will always have priority over requests from non-registered users.

When requesting support please include the following information.

  1. Name and Version of the nbit control you are using
  2. Operating system(s) you are using eg winXP SP2, Win7 64 Pro etc
  3. Development environment and version you are using eg vb.net, vb6, C# etc
